Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Knowledgeable in DOLE, SENA, and NLRC processes
• Familiar with payroll and the Labor Code of the Philippines
• Experienced in recruiting workers, laborers, and foremen (construction or project-based setup preferred)
• Can do field works for recruitment when needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work independently and handle multiple HR functions

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
• Conduct field recruitment and coordinate with project sites
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations and assist in DOLE, SENA, and NLRC cases
• Support HR administrative tasks such as payroll, timekeeping, and documentation
• Coordinate with management for HR and employee-related matters.
