  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, HRIS, Recruiting, Payroll processing, and People Management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for flexibility in remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
