HR Assistant - is responsible for administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits processing, and HR documentation. The HR Assistant is also responsible for assisting employees with HR-related concerns and maintaining confidentiality at all times.


Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new employee orientation
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and pre-employment requirements

2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee files, databases, and HRIS
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation (201 files)
  • Handle confidential information responsibly

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in collecting and verifying attendance, timesheets, and leave records
  • Support payroll preparation and employee benefits processing
  • Facilitate government contributions and employee inquiries (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

4. HR Administration

  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and company rules
  • Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement programs

5. Employee Relations

  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Support investigations, disciplinary processes, and documentation
  • Help promote a positive work environment

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
