Human Resources:

• Handles employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
• Prepares memos, monitors loans and claims, manages 201 files, and processes deployment and renewal requirements.
• Oversees employee benefits, IDs, APEs, and uniform issuance.

Operations:

• Assists in performance management through goal setting, appraisals, and recognition programs.
• Coordinates manpower replacement, attends client meetings (every Wednesday), and provides updates on deployed employees and incidents.

Technical and Timekeeping:

• Monitors equipment, tools, and supply deliveries; encodes absences and DTR reports; ensures accurate bio-log downloads and data submission.

Accounting and Supplies:

• Prepares billings, routes payroll and equipment expenses for signature, requests payments, and monitors office supplies and petty cash.

Site/Office Administration:

• Handles rent payments, equipment concerns, recruitment coordination, and communication with satellite offices to ensure efficient operations
