Keterangan Kerja

We are looking for a dynamic HR and Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys handling both people- and process-oriented tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Assist in the processing of government permits and coordinate with different government institutions as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
  • Provide support in employee relations, benefits administration, timekeeping, and engagement activities.
  • Prepare and analyze HR and organizational indicator reports.
  • Handle general office administration, supplies, and facility coordination.
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Creative, resourceful, and with strong problem-solving skills.


NOTE: Job assignment will be in Guiguinto Bulacan while processing of application will be in Timog, Q. C.
