JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree
• With 6 months to 1 year experience as in HR field
• Experience working in manufacturing company is advantage
• Amendable to work on site in Laguna
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries about HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
