Position: General Affairs Staff (Visa Processing)

Salary: Php18,000 – Php20,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of Business Administration course
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in General Affairs.
• Knowledgeable in processing PEZA and BOC
• Willing to work fully on site
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing DOLE, DOJ, Visa and PEZA
• Coordinating with Immigration for travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation.
• Assisting superiors in processing with all requirements and compliances.
• Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
