The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Employee Engagement Initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee satisfaction and enhance retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Engagement Strategy:

• Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement strategies, programs, and events that align with organizational goals

Well-being Initiatives:

• Spearhead wellness activities and other morale-boosting events

Survey % Feedback:

• Develop and manage engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback tools; analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Recognition Programs:

• Assist Employee Relations Manager in managing recognition and reward programs
• 10% Internal Communication: Partner with HR Business Partners and Corporate Communications teams to share engagement initiatives, events and updates

Training & Development:

• Assist Learning & Development Team during in house seminars/trainings as needed

Data & Reporting:

• Track key engagement metrics (i.e. Engagement Reach %), prepare reports for HR Head, and measure the impact of engagement initiatives.

Education, Trainings, Licenses required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in HR, employee engagement, internal communications or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Creativity in designing initiatives that resonate with diverse employee group
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams
