Job Summary

The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks. Ideal for candidates who want to build their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Help prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
• Assist in timekeeping monitoring and coordinating with payroll for updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR assistance.
• Help organize company events, activities, and HR initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
