As a Vendor Support & HR Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving vendor-related issues while also supporting HR sourcing and administrative projects. This role focuses on both vendor operations and internal people operations — ensuring smooth processes across payments, compliance, HR documentation, and workforce sourcing.


What You Will Do

Vendor Support Responsibilities

  • Process vendor payments, including cancellations, reimbursements, and issue resolutions.
  • Support vendor onboarding, ensuring agreements, system access, and training are completed.
  • Assist with contract compliance, including COI, MSA follow-ups, and eligibility verification.
  • Troubleshoot vendor system issues, providing technical assistance and liaising with internal teams.
  • Manage tax documentation and expense processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle general vendor inquiries, triaging tickets and escalating as needed.


HR &Workforce Support Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting W2 hires, including screening resumes, and potentially coordinating interviews.
  • Support HR administrative functions, including process management, onboarding documentation, and compliance forms.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements, such as workflow optimization, data audits & special projects.


What We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor support, accounts payable, or contract administration.
  • English fluency is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional with vendors and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM/ticketing systems, and HR software (ATS, HRIS preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and process management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate investment, property management, or construction operations.
  • Direct vendor management experience in construction or trades.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, and compliance tracking.
  • Familiarity with contract management and compliance tracking.
  • Strong bias for candidates with financial / accounting aptitude / background
