Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Support employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Manage and maintain employee records, payroll, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing support to staff regarding HR policies.
