• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, job offers).
• Manage onboarding & orientation of new employees.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, 201 files, and HR database.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leaves, and adjustments.
• Handle employee concerns, memos, notices, and basic conflict management.
• Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, evaluations, certificates).
• Monitor company policies, compliance, and HR procedures.
• Assist in training & development coordination.
• Help organize employee engagement programs and HR events.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower and HR support needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge in timekeeping, recruitment, and basic labor standards is an advantage.
• Computer-literate; proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
