  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with some flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, approachable, and a team player.
