Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff to support our Human Resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee concerns, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
• Assist in employee relations matters, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR programs, activities, and engagement initiatives
• Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance with labor standards
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• With 1 year of work experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Preferably Female
• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig
