Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducts new employee orientation
• Ensures that all pre-employment documents are secured and maintained in each individual’s 201 file
• Facilitates the regularization of probationary employees
• Maintains and monitors employee training schedules
• Sources and facilitates target training programs to support and fulfill requirements within each employee’s Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• Coordinates with partner companies and agencies for the seamless maintenance of employee benefits (e.g., DOLE, HMO, insurance, etc.)
• Ensures performance management requirements are distributed and received within the agreed-upon time.
• Contributes to the conception of company-wide employee service activities (e.g., Year-End Party, Team Building, etc.)
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
• Preferably with one year of work experience in the HR field
