Overview

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR
  • Recruitment Assistant/Officer to handle end-to-end recruitment and employee
  • Lifecycle processes. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting
  • Interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and
  • Off boarding activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review résumés and screen candidates to match job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.


Employee Records Management

  • Prepare and maintain employees’ 201 files and ensure completeness of documents.
  • Update employee records regularly (promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, etc.)
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents.
  • Onboarding & Orientation
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, introductions, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Assist new employees in understanding company policies, processes, and expectations
  • Off boarding
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
  • Process employee clearances, final documentation, and ensure
  • proper turnover of assets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Familiar with HR documentation and processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
