Job Summary:

- Responsible for supporting employee relations and operational activities while managing the full recruitment process to meet the cooperative’s standards and manpower requirements.

- Ensures accurate maintenance of employee records and deployment reports, and facilitates ATM and ID processing for new hires.

- Builds strong client and member relationships, provides HR assistance, and manages the cooperative’s social media presence to promote recruitment and engagement activities.

Qualification:

- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any related course

- Preferably with own motorcycle

- Computer literate

- Willing to be assigned to Teresa, Rizal
