Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary training materials.
Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and help implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.

30 to 40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
with solid experience in Human Resources
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
