  • Policy and compliance: Help implement and enforce HR policies, and ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws.
  • Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues.
  • Reporting and projects: Prepare HR reports (e.g., on hiring or turnover) and assist with special HR projec
