HSE Administrator

Full-time | Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift


Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly trainable HSE Administrator to support our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) team. This role directly assists the Head of Projects and the HSE Manager, while also providing general administrative support to the broader team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, values team collaboration, and is eager to grow within a supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company productivity platforms
  • Collate project HSEQ data
  • Update Unisea records and assist with formatting tasks
  • Conduct research and support on tactical projects
  • Maintain data input within SuccessFactors
  • Ensure proper records management and version control
  • Monitor legislative changes via the State Law Publisher
  • Track training qualifications using the training matrix
  • Draft internal newsletters, safety flyers, and support communication initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company processes and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as required


Skills and Experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field


Technical & Soft Skills

  • Strong formatting skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and cloud-based tools
  • Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing, high-performing team
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and internal communications
