The Human Resource Specialist supports the company’s expansion beyond the Bicol Region into CALABARZON and existing stores by finding and hiring the right people to join the growing team. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Working closely with HR and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist helps anticipate manpower needs, implement effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates who reflect Biggs’ culture of service, teamwork, and positivity.
