Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 1 year of work experience in HR & Admin role

Experience working medical-related operations and manufacturing industry.

Knowledgeable in PEZA visa processing, government benefits administration, payroll, and end-to-end recruitment

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Maintaining accurate employee databases and proper attendance records

Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

Assisting the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administration

Coordinating new employee orientation and training programs to support smooth integration into the company
