Position: HRMD Employee Relations Specialist

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Makati, City

Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations
• Experience working in the same industry is advantage
• Willing to work fully on site
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
• Handling employee relations and HR duties
• Handling employee violations and concerns.
• Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
• Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
