• Perform maintenance and repair on kitchen exhaust & Fresh air motor
• Install and assemble mechanical components based on blueprints and specifications
• Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during operations
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Minimum Qualifications

1. Technical/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in:

• Electrical Technology
• Mechanical Technology
• HVAC or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Related Electro-Mechanical courses

2. Relevant Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in motor installation, troubleshooting, and repair (especially exhaust or ventilation systems).

3. Basic Certifications (preferred or required by some employers):

• TESDA NC II or NC III (Philippines)
• Electrical or Mechanical Work Permit/License
• Safety Training Certificate (e.g., BOSH, COSH)

4. Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase motors
• Familiarity with belt drive systems, pulleys, bearings, and motor alignment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proficient in using multimeters and hand tools
• Understanding of motor control circuits and starters

Other Requirements

• Awareness of safety standards and electrical codes
• Physically fit for confined spaces and elevated work
• Working at night shift
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
