• Assist in the preparation and processing of import documents.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain records of shipments and inventory levels.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to imports, such as customs clearance.
• Support the import team in administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes is a plus.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional visits to warehouses and ports.
