We are looking for a dedicated and proactive In-House Lawyer / Legal Counsel to oversee the company’s internal legal affairs and ensure full legal compliance in all business operations. The ideal candidate will have both in-house and law firm experience, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and corporate legal practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the company's internal legal affairs and building up the legal system and process；
• Providing legal opinions and suggestions for the company's business decisions;
• Cooperating to deal with relevant legal affairs in the company's business process, and ensuring the legal compliance of the company's activities;
• Providing timely suggestions on problems arising in the company’s operation to reduce and avoid risks in the company's business activities;
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising various legal documents and contracts, and coordinating the negotiation, signing and performance of contracts;
• Providing legal advice and guidance to other departments of the company, and organizing relevant legal training to other departments of the company;
• Assisting to solve relevant legal disputes, providing legal opinions to the legal disputes, dealing with the company's litigation/arbitration cases and formulating relevant litigation/arbitration strategies and solutions;
• Engaging and evaluating the external lawyers, work with external lawyers;
• Dealing with other daily legal work and other assigned work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or higher; licensed to practice law.
• At least 3 years of combined legal practice in a law firm and corporate setting.
• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with industry regulations.
• Proficient in English and the local language; Chinese language is a plus.
• Strong legal analysis, contract drafting, and risk management skills.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional team collaboration experience.
• Prior experience in a Chinese company is an advantage.
