Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.

• Design workflows, layouts, and processes to enhance productivity in poultry operations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to evaluate operational performance.

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standards and benchmarks.

• Assess production capacity and align resources to meet demand.

• Optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization in poultry processing and farming operations

• Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges.

• Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to implementation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

• Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with safety teams to implement ergonomic and safe work practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovatio

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in industrial engineering in a managerial role, preferably in the poultry processing / dressing plan industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
