Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product pricing across all authorized sales channels to ensure alignment with approved SRP and channel price policies.
• Identify price deviations, undercutting, and unauthorized discounts.
• Conduct regular price checks (offline stores, online platforms, promotions).
• Report violations and follow up corrective actions with sales teams and channel partners.
• Ensure new price policies, price adjustments, and promotional prices are clearly communicated and correctly implemented by all channels.
• Support sales teams in explaining and enforcing pricing rules with distributors and dealers.
• Analyze pricing-related channel conflicts and support resolution to maintain healthy channel relationships.
• Assist sales management in managing sensitive pricing issues with key accounts and distributors.
• Verify that promotional and special prices are within approved scope and duration.
• Track promotional price expiry and ensure prices revert to standard levels after campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on price compliance, violations, and market price trends.
• Provide feedback to Sales Management on recurring pricing risks and improvement areas.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, channel management, or price control, preferably in the home appliance or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and dealer pricing behavior.
• High attention to detail with strong compliance and execution mindset.
• Able to handle conflict-sensitive issues with firmness and professionalism.
• Proficient in Excel; experience in price monitoring or sales systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English; able to work closely with sales teams.
