Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent for US clients
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Able to create documents and manuals
• Strong business mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Kintone or similar systems preferred
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls preferred
• Background in staffing, job board services, medical/dental industry, or SaaS sales preferred

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have full autonomy over your work and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys daily challenges, is customer-focused, and can problem-solve quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business
• Handle outbound calls to acquire new US client accounts
• Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads
• Collect and manage client information necessary for job creation
• Conduct business negotiations and sales activities to win orders
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to move prospects into the consideration stage
