High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in installation or related field

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent physical stamina and dexterity

Ability to follow safety protocols

Good communication skills

Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
