POSITION TITLE: Sales Executive - Group and Individual Insurance

WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite

WORK LOCATION: Legazpi, Makati City

SALARY: PHP 30K (with performance incentives and commission)

JOB SUMMARY:

Support sales and recruitment efforts for individual products in line with the company's goal of increasing revenue and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least one year of experience in life insurance and sales.
• Strong written and oral communication, as well as negotiation skills.
• Willing to work in Makati City and travel anywhere in the Philippines when needed.
• Proficient with MS Applications
• LOMA courses preferred but not required.
