To encode all facultative accounts in the system.
To record, strictly monitor and control status of all RI Outward Placements. To book all received and signed inward binders.
Responsible in handling an Internal system. This includes evaluating, encoding and validating of Outward Facultative accounts in the system.
Responsible in outward monitoring.
Printing of Policy/Endorsement schedules and outward binders.
Recording of date released/date confirmed/confirm no. of outward binders.
Uploading of received confirm binders and zip file.
Booking of inward binders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting. (Non Negotiable)
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry, specifically in reinsurance (Non Negotiable).
Experience in insurance underwriting, policy processing, or reinsurance operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in data entry, validation, and encoding in systems. (Non Negotiable).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and monitoring outward facultative accounts. (Non Negotiable).
Experience in booking inward binders and maintaining accurate records of delivery and confirmations. (Non Negotiable).
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. (Non Negotiable).
