• Forecast inventory demand and establish stock levels.
• Consolidates data from all warehouses and performs material resource planning to accurately identify sufficiency level of materials
• Identifies lacking or low-level materials according to approved buffer level and recommends purchase requisition to the PPIC Supervisor.
• Monitors status of pending Purchase Requisition Form.
• Collaborate with procurement to place and monitor purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory records using inventory management software.
• Performs tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT.) Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports.
• Has a strong analytical skill and can proactively resolve material planning concerns.
• Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
• Proficient in material planning.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in planning, forecasting, inventory, warehouse management or relevant experience.
