• Directly reporting to Inventory Supervisor
• Responsible in preparation of the following reports on time based on SOP:
• Daily/Monthly Packing Materials Inventory Report
• Daily Packing Materials Movement Report
• Packing Materials Customer Backload Report
• Mondelez Packing Materials Inventory Report
• See to it that reports are validated and checked before forwarding to Inventory Supervisor
• Ensure all documents are properly accomplished, managed, and accounted
• Provide, implement, and sustain stacking/piling standard design on all cartons and trays
• Responsible in monitoring proper arrangement of PM according to customers and types
• Performs daily checking and validation of Packing Materials stocks
• See to it that Packing Specification Standard was properly cascaded and communicated with Operation department
• Monitors and guides daily activity of Packing Materials Operator
• Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting monthly physical count versus WMS and reconciling variances

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in a computer-related course
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and MS Office
• Experience in SAP encoding is an advantage
