Target onboarding date: Ideally ASAP but open to consider candidates with up to 1 month’s notice

Work arrangement: Mon, Wed and Fri onsite; Tue and Thurs WFH

Role objective: To support operational process project

Must-have criteria:

· 3-5 years of work experience as IT BA

· Must be familiar with JIRA and waterfall methodologies

· Prior experience in any IT projects

Good-to-have criteria:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Prior work experience in insurance or financial services firms

· Immediate availability

Interview process:

1 round via Teams call with one of the BAs from the project team
