101 Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to lead the enhancement and integration of our digital systems and website functionalities. The consultant will oversee improvements to our IT infrastructure, develop a dynamic and interactive website connected to our ERP system, and build automation tools to optimize company operations.

This role is ideal for a tech-driven consultant who can bridge IT, web development, and business process automation to support our digital transformation and ISO 9001:2015 readiness.

Key Responsibilities

A. IT Systems and Infrastructure

• Conduct a full IT systems assessment and recommend improvements in network, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Manage and optimize servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Develop automated office solutions such as:
• Internal ticketing systems for requests or support.
• Auto-switch server setup for business continuity in multiple locations.
• Ensure all IT systems and policies align with ISO 9001:2015 and Data Privacy requirements.
• Support integration with HRIS and ERP systems (Odoo or similar).

B. Website Development and Integration

• Develop, maintain, and manage the company’s official website to make it fast, secure, and user-friendly.
• Integrate recruitment tools and a career portal to streamline hiring.
• Ensure the website serves both internal and external users:

Internal Functions:

• Connect website with the company’s ERP (Odoo) to:
• Manage Job Orders and requests for quotations.
• Enable direct communication for customer inquiries.
• Allow authorized staff to access and manage internal functions efficiently.

External Functions:

• Develop shipment tracking functionality (similar to J&T tracking).
• Create a quotation calculator based on trip rate formulas.
• Enable virtual facility tour requests, a blog section, and career opportunities page.
• Ensure the site is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and easy content updates.

C. Application Development and Integration

• Enhance or develop features within Odoo or other business applications to support logistics and warehousing operations.
• Customize ERP modules, workflows, and dashboards.
• Provide integration between ERP, website, and other systems for seamless data flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, web systems integration, or ERP development.
• Proven background in:
• Website development (WordPress, custom PHP, or similar frameworks).
• ERP systems (especially Odoo).
• Systems automation and API integration.
• Server setup, management, and network configuration.
• Cloud hosting, database management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver comprehensive IT and web solutions.

Preferred

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and data privacy compliance.
• Certifications in web development, cybersecurity, or systems administration are an advantage.
