Your Role

• Work with high performing solutions developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams in making sure that business requirements are met and delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
• Manage software development projects with requirements that revolve around cloud-based geospatial visualization and location intelligence.
• Organize project direction by creating project plans, developing WBS (work breakdown structure), defining milestones, managing backlogs and sprints, estimating project costs, assessing team readiness, preparing burndown charts, listing deliverables, and briefing customers on the delivery process.
• Provide input on project estimation, resource planning, and cost analysis to support contract discussions and ensure alignment with technical feasibility
• Execute projects by organizing daily updates, monitoring team motivation, cost, and resources, updating the burndown chart, organizing releases, organizing acceptance, and organizing retrospection.
• Finish projects by evaluating team performance, ensuring project documentation, getting customer feedback, helping lead internal knowledge sharing efforts, submitting recommendations, and organizing proper turnover to the customer.

About You

• At least 5 years of professional experience managing a team as a software project manager.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong background in developing and submitting client proposals that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Skilled in customer relationship management, addressing client needs, and driving satisfaction and retention.
• Should be comfortable working independently from home and engaging with others with a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
• Amenable to working in a US shift schedule and collaborating across multiple time zones.
