We are looking for someone who can support our restaurant branches with POS and network issues. Your job is to make sure every store can operate smoothly even when technical problems happen. Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Can Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to hardware and application-based issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when needed

Qualifications

• With Basic Networking
• With Basic Troubleshooting
• With Basic Hardware Support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers)
• With Basic Software Support (Basic MS Office, Computer Software)
• With Basic Communication to user for support via phone, chat and email.
• With Basic knowledge POS set up
• Willing to travel from different remote location for support.
• With Basic CCTV configuration
• Knowledgeable for biometric
• With Basic troubleshooting Printer
• Salary range: 25,000 to 26,000 (Includes meal allowance and service charge)
