We are seeking a skilled and reliable Desktop Support / Windows Contractor to assist with the migration and support of Windows operating systems. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in desktop support, particularly with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration, and be ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for Windows environments.
• Assist with the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software.
• Respond to technical support requests and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, migration procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure smooth operations during and after migration.

• At least 5 years of professional IT experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration (required).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and basic networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and start immediately.
