Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve computer system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and IT equipment
Support and maintain printers, scanners, and other office devices
Perform routine system maintenance and updates (patching, antivirus checks, backups)
Assist users with password resets and account access issues
Monitor and maintain network performance and security
Log all issues and resolutions in the helpdesk tracking system
Coordinate with IT team for unresolved or escalating technical concerns
Provide setup and support for meetings, teleconferencing, and other IT-related activities
Maintain IT inventory records including hardware, software licenses, and accessories
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards
Prepare and submit regular IT support status reports
