  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems.
  • Assist users with system installations and upgrades.
  • Document and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT Asset Management, Windows Server, System Monitoring, System Backup and Recovery, and System Administration.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, available to work flexible hours as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
