  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working Conditions: Availability for occasional after-hours support as needed.
