- Lead and mentor engineers; foster a culture of collaboration and learning
- Oversee software development lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders
- Define technical direction and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Design and develop solutions using Java or Python
- Ensure clean, high-quality code through standards and code reviews
- Build scalable solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Implement and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines
- Address technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks
- Work closely with product, design, and QA teams
- Drive process enhancements and adopt emerging technologies
- Maintain clear technical documentation aligned with best practices
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related position with Java and Python
- Strong in software architecture and design best practices
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms
- Proficient in CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork in dynamic environments
- Have cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) certification is a plus
- Experience in low-latency systems is an advantage
- Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bahrain.
