Maintain and update financial records.
To assist in the day-to-day operations shall cover areas such as processing payments, reconciliation of receipts, managing accounts payable and receivable.
Update daily transactions into systems.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and related financial matters.
Coordinates and follow-up with outstanding issues and information.
Liaise with Inter-company staff to manage daily accounting operation.
Ability to maintain good accounting records and filing system.
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Cash-flow report.
Assist in reconcile debtors, creditors and bank statement.
To perform any other accounting duties as and when advised.
