Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks and financial transactions.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and help in financial forecasting and planning.

• Utilize accounting software to streamline accounting processes.

• Prepare financial statements and documents for internal and external use.

• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or Banking.

• Junior level: No prior work experience required.

• Senior level: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, with supervisory skills and knowledge of accounting software preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• CPA certification is preferred for senior level but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when necessary.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

• Organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Must be a team player.

• Willingness to work in Mandaluyong and to start immediately.
