Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to all accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and real-time updating of all accounting records, entries, and financial data.
Review and monitor the submission of accounting reports to ensure they are accurate and submitted within set deadlines.
Manage the department’s daily operations, address issues promptly, and work toward achieving both short-term and long-term performance goals.
Supervise departmental personnel, including participating in hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using accounting software, strong numeracy and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Working Conditions: An office environment with regular working hours, Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm.
Qualities and Traits: With experience in supervising the Accounting Department, highly organized, and ethical, with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
