The Junior Key Account Manager will play a vital role in managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires someone who is customer-centric, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
