We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Specialist to manage and grow key customer relationships in the food products sector. This role focuses on maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusting, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are met by internal teams (product, support, etc.).
• Strategic Planning: Create and implement account plans to achieve client objectives and company goals, identifying growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Needs Assessment: Deeply understand client business, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase share-of-wallet through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
• Reporting: Prepare and present data, performance metrics, and strategic updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Contract Management: Manage negotiations, budgets, and contract renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
