Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Order Taking:

  • Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Food Preparation:

  • Assist in food preparation and assembly as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.

Dining Area Maintenance:

  • Keep dining and service areas clean and organized, including tables, floors, and utensils.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and daily specials to provide informed recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.

Safety Compliance:

  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Training:

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, services, and procedures.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Teamwork:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Multitasking Ability:

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during busy periods.

  • High level of accuracy in order taking and food preparation.

  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:
