JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With at least 3 months of experience in Kitchen or as a Cook assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and washing all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Mise en place of ingredients for subsequent use.
• Sweeping, brushing, and mopping floors, as required.
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory and other paper works.
• Maintaining the good state of the equipment, utensils and reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the managers.
• Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing of refuse on a regular basis.
• Cleaning and maintaining the grease trap daily.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a dress code.
• Assist the managers whenever deemed necessary.
• Supervise and oversee Preventive Maintenance schedules.
